"I never thought you'd actually go through with it, Ravi," Leela said, her voice laced with a mix of frustration and concern, as they walked through the quiet streets of Ayodhya. Ajeet's clan had long since moved out, and the city was finally beginning to return to normal. Ravi slowed his pace, his eyes narrowing slightly as he glanced at Leela. "I had no choice, Leela. I couldn't risk putting you or Kavita in danger." Leela snorted. "You always think you have to protect us, don't you? You're like a guardian or something." Ravi's expression remained neutral, but the corner of his mouth twitched ever so slightly. "Someone has to look out for you two, especially now that Ajeet's clan is in play." Leela's eyes flashed with a hint of anger, but she quickly pushed it aside. "Ajeet's clan is just a small part of a much larger problem, Ravi. And you know that as well as I do." Ravi's gaze drifted towards the temple grounds, where Guru Aditya was likely teaching Rohan the intricacies of prana techniques. "You're right, of course. But what can I do, Leela? I'm not even sure what's going on most of the time." Leela's voice took on a more serious tone. "You're not alone, Ravi. And we're not just talking about this little group of friends. There are others out there who know what's going on, who can help us navigate the... complexities of this world." Ravi's eyes snapped back to Leela, his expression intense. "Who are you talking about, Leela?" Leela hesitated, her eyes darting nervously around the street before settling back on Ravi. "I'm talking about Kavita, Ravi. She's not just some innocent little girl, you know. She's connected to the very heart of this world." Ravi's face darkened, and for a moment, Leela worried she had said too much. But then his expression smoothed out, and he nodded thoughtfully. "I had no idea. What do you mean, 'connected to the heart of this world'?" Leela's voice dropped to a whisper, her words barely audible over the sound of their footsteps. "Kavita's family... they're tied to the celestial beings, Ravi. They have access to knowledge, to power that we can only dream of." Ravi's eyes widened in shock, and for a moment, he forgot to breathe. "What are you saying, Leela? That Kavita's family is working with the celestial beings?" Leela's eyes locked onto Ravi's, her expression serious. "I'm saying that Kavita's family is being manipulated, Ravi. By someone who wants to use their connection to the celestial beings for their own gain." Ravi's face hardened, his mind racing with the implications. "Who is it, Leela? Who's behind this?" Leela's lips compressed into a thin line, and for a moment, she said nothing. Then, in a voice that sent shivers down Ravi's spine, she spoke a single word. "Ajeet." The sound of Leela's voice hung in the air like a challenge, like a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. Ravi's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with the secrets Leela had revealed. And in that moment, he knew that nothing would ever be the same again.
